Chief Design Officer

Barbara Bryan first fell in love with real estate in her 20s when she bought her first property. It was an estate sale property that needed much repair. Purging of contents, water damage, painting, kitchen upgrades, etc. — much of which she took upon herself. The results? A year and a half later, she made a tidy profit and purchase her next TLC project.

With background studies in art, design & communications, Barbara has worked for print
publications & video production in real estate, healthcare & wellness products. Her core strengths lie in defining goals and reaching objectives through pre-production, production and her wrap-up mindset. In 2007 her staging company, AlphaOne Staging Design Inc. became an industry leader in elevating staging renovations in GTA, Toronto.

Today, as Chief Design Officer at Black Roof Properties Inc., her award-winning strategies in estate preparation, project management and home staging renovations for sale are applied to Black Roof Properties Inc., always striving to deliver the best in client services on time and on budget.

Operations Manager &
General Contractor

Aaron Bryan brings a disciplined, operations-first approach to BlackRoof Properties Inc. As Operations Manager and General Contractor, Aaron has more than a decade of experience in residential renovations, trade coordination, and structured project delivery, Aaron oversees day-to-day operations from early planning through to completion.

His work at the DMZ, Toronto Metropolitan University sharpened his skills in project-tracking, systems thinking and operational strategy– experience he now applies directly to real-world construction environments. Aaron is known for his methodical approach to site management, clear communications with trades and with our clients. Troubleshooting challenges while keeping projects aligned within budget and timeline expectations are key to Aaron.

At BlackRoof, he is the primary on-site point of contact, site-planning and scheduling, ensuring every project envelopes practical problem-solving solutions for a successful outcome.

Rae Property Styling & Staging

Bentley Bryan is the President, Stylist at Rae Property Styling Inc. Bentley started honing her staging craft in high school and she has never looked back. Always a creative visionary, her styling aesthetics have attracted international attention in L.A. and New York along with being the first ever staging-stylist to adorn the pages of Dwell. Yet, Ms. Bryan still prefers her Toronto/GTA roots. Her diverse experience & select inventory offer a full range of home staging solutions tailored to your property’s unique needs.

Whether your property requires vacant staging, occupied staging or an accessory package including curated furniture and décor for the perfect finishing touch — her approach is always design-forward and highly customized. Her editorial eye for detail creates spaces that highlight a home’s best features, appeal to today’s buyers, and ultimately deliver stronger sales results.
