The Estate Assistance Program is intended for homeowners or estates facing genuine
financial constraints where standard preparation packages are not feasible. To determine eligibility, we ask applicants to share basic information about the property, the reason for sale, the expected sale timeline, and the financial circumstances affecting their ability to proceed with standard services.

This may include whether costs need to be deferred until after sale, whether the property is vacant or owner-occupied, and whether there are outstanding financial pressures related to the estate. Participation is limited and assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure the program remains sustainable and focused on situations where support will make a meaningful difference.
