It builds directly on the Standard Package by providing greater capacity, additional labour, and expanded preparation scope, while maintaining the same disciplined, market-focused approach.
This package is commonly selected when the property size, amount of contents, or complexity exceeds what can be efficiently handled within a standard preparation scope. Basically, 5,000 sq ft and up.

The Plus Package is best suited for:
- Larger detached homes, multi-level residences, or properties with basements and storage areas
- Estates with significant accumulated contents
- Homes that require additional sorting, disposal, or organization time
- Situations where timelines are compressed or coordination needs are higher
- Executors managing more complex estates or multiple decision-makers
This package is ideal when the work required is more extensive, not fundamentally different.
What’s Included in the Plus Package
Expanded Estate Clear-Out & Content Handling
The Plus Package provides increased capacity for contents removal and organization, allowing for a more thorough and efficient clear-out of larger homes.
Included support typically covers:
- Additional on-site labour days for sorting and removal
- Increased yard bin allocation to accommodate higher volumes
- Additional donation drop-offs
- Extended coordination of auction services, (via third-party) and for garages, basements, storage rooms, and secondary spaces
This expanded scope reduces the risk of rushed decisions or incomplete preparation.
Enhanced Sensitive Item Management
With larger estates often comes a greater volume of personal or sensitive items. The Plus Package includes additional time and coordination to:
- Identify and separate a larger number of personal or sentimental items
- Allow for more detailed executor or family review
- Maintain clear documentation throughout the process
Where required, certified document destruction and secure hard-drive disposal can be coordinated through an approved specialist provider.
Increased Interior Preparation & Repair Scope
The Plus Package includes an expanded preparation allowance to support larger wall areas, additional rooms, and extended preparation work.
Typical preparation includes:
- Greater wall square footage for patching and painting
- Preparation across more rooms and living areas
- Additional time for addressing cosmetic wear and presentation issues
All preparation remains non-structural and focused on sale readiness rather than renovation.
Deep Cleaning & Final Presentation
Due to the increased size of the property, the Plus Package allows for expanded cleaning coordination to ensure consistency throughout all spaces, including secondary areas often overlooked in smaller homes.
This ensures:

Increased Starting Staging Budget & Coordination

As with all packages, staging is directed by buyer expectations and market appeal, not personal preference. Any staging scope beyond the starting budget is reviewed and approved in advance.
