Within 48 hours, we deliver a clear, itemized scope of work outlining recommended services, timelines, and costs—so you can make informed decisions without pressure.
Estate Purge & Preparation
Our team coordinates decluttering, content removal, donation handling, and sensitive item management, ensuring the home is cleared efficiently and respectfully.
Targeted Renovation & Staging
Where appropriate, we complete light repairs, preparation work, and staging coordination to enhance market appeal and support a successful sale.
General Contracting Services
Every estate is different. In cases where additional work is required beyond core preparation, optional general contracting services may be provided, including renovations, repairs, and coordination of approved trades to support market readiness.
We work closely with our design team to make targeted design decisions that enhance buyer appeal and align the property with current market expectations.
For larger or more complex projects, we coordinate the necessary professionals—including architects, structural engineers, and permitting authorities—to ensure all work is reviewed and approved before construction begins. This due diligence protects the property, ensures regulatory compliance, and reduces execution risk throughout the project.
