We were on a tight time frame with our move and they responded immediately when our real estate agent reached out to them. Not only did they provide a quick estimate of the costs — one that turned out to be absolutely accurate (there were no surprises), but they also provided us with different options for staging the house that helped us manage our moving expenses. They took the time and trouble to listen to our concerns and carefully explained how they would take them into account in their work. Most importantly were the results. Their staging renovations made the house really come alive, and it sold quickly and above the asking price.

I was doing a large renovation on a townhouse in Oakville and Barb consulted on the redesign of the 3500 square feet. We already had a sense of what we wanted but she gave us guidelines and had amazing contacts (tradesmen) in the industry in terms of know how. She works on a lot of traditional homes and we were doing something modern, but her sense of color and composition are amazing.

Barbara and her team did a terrific job and were instrumental in helping us get the best price for our home. The staging was classy, showed the house well, and suited to the target market. Barbara also managed some work being done on the house. She had professional trades available and the work they did exceeded expectations. All work and staging was compleated in an efficient and timely manner, and house was ready ahead of schedule, selling in 2 days. Barbara’s fees were reasonable, well worth it, and as quoted.

The majority of our house was renovated, except our top floor. When we needed to sell, we wanted someone to help us make our entire house look cohesive. We didn't want the top floor to look separate from the rest of the house. Barbara went to work and staged the whole house to make it look seamless. She made the difference in our sale.
